• Now NDNA Quality Counts Level 3 Accredited: We are accredited under the National Day Nursery Association (NDNA) "Quality Counts" scheme, which is the 'Investors in Children' endorsed accreditation scheme of the NDNA. Our Quality Counts accreditation was recently raised to Level 3.  Our Level 3 rating is the highest rating, and indicates an 'exceptional level of quality', and should act as a useful indicator to you as a parent of our quality, provided by an independent assessment by the NDNA, over and above the National Standards.

• In our latest OFSTED report (2010), we were graded as outstanding, with the following summary of the overall effectiveness of the early years provision -
  
  Overall the quality of the provision is outstanding.
  
  The Early Years Foundation Stage is met extremely well overall. Children's individual needs are met highly effectively through excellent planning and review systems to support all children in the setting. This ensures children progress effectively with their learning, and in some areas of learning their progress is excellent. Children are safe and they have fun experiencing interesting activities indoors and outdoors that keep them fully motivated. Partnership working with parents and other early years professionals is effective overall in supporting children. The monitoring systems for the setting are excellent, resulting in successful ongoing continuous improvement. This promotes highly positive outcomes for children.

• We have a well-qualified team of nursery nurses, who provide care in small individual units, which assists in ensuring that your child receives the attention they need, and helps create a homely, yet stimulating, environment.

• Your child will benefit from our well-equipped facilities - located in Daisy Cottage, set in its own gardens and grounds in the quiet residential area of Chellow Dene, Bradford.

• We have large outdoor play areas for your child to play in, as well as a sensory garden for your child to experience.

• All our rooms and outside areas are equiped with CCTV cameras, which are accessible by our Manager, Claire Heslop, who oversees the nursery.

• We believe in partnering with parents, which includes having a parents' committee, regular social events including a summer garden party and bonfire event, and the publication of a regular newsletter.

• We are registered for the Nursery Education Grant.
